Group Bookings

Adult groups of 8+: 20% off stalls seats at most performances. (Some shows may be subject to different group rates). Group bookings cannot be made on-line, please book your tickets by calling our Ticket Office on 0844 412 4300.

School Groups

One teacher free for every ten pupils for specific performances (subject to allocation availability). More detailed information on visits by school parties can be found here. Groups 10+ - Rear Stalls £10. For details and special school offers call our ticket office on 0844 412 4300.

Standbys

For students, unwaged people, under 16s, over 60s, Members of BECTU, Equity, Musicians Union and holders of Westminster ResCard (Peacock Theatre only): £15 best available from one hour before the performance, in person (subject to availability and proof of status). Cash Only.

Transaction Charge

A transaction charge of £2.20 will be added to all ticket bookings and reservations. Only one charge is made per booking and does not apply to group bookings and personal bookings at the theatre.

A reduced transaction charge of £1.50 applies to all Access Address Book seat bookings and all online bookings. 

No charge when booking in person

Exchanges and Refunds

Tickets may be exchanged for a future performance with at least 24 hours notice, or refunded at least three days before a performance. For group bookings (8 or more for the same performance), at least there weeks notice is required for refunds or exchanges. In all cases, the original tickets must be returned within the above time-frames.

*There is a handling charge per transaction of £4 for exchanges and £6 for refunds.

Latecomers

Latecomers will not be admitted whilst a performance is in progress.

Access For All

The Access For All scheme is for people with physical/sensory or cognitive disabilities. This scheme is free to join and keeps you up to date on offers and information about forthcoming shows at Sadler’s Wells and the Peacock Theatre. Each member is entitled to one reduced price ticket per programme for most shows at both theatres.

Discounts for students, unwaged, over 60s

A limited number of £8* seats in Sadler's Wells rear 2nd circle or Peacock rear stalls for all performances.

Tickets will be held at box office for collection. Proof of eligibility must be shown, otherwise the full price will be charged. A maximum of 2 tickets per person for each performance.

Families

Half-price tickets for children are available on most matinees at Sadler's Wells where no other discounts apply (maximum of 2 half price children's tickets per full price adult).

Under 2s are free. Parents and carers are asked to book aisle seats and to leave the auditorium if the child cries or causes disturbance. Refunds will not be payable. Please note that we operate a no-children policy for some performances. Please enquire at the time of booking for more details.
