Book online now - it's secure and easy to use, and gives you access to:

• The live seating plan, from which you can select your own seats.
• A reduced transaction charge of £1.75 (normally £2.50) on each transaction.
• Multibuy discounts, buy tickets for two or more different shows displaying the Save Symbol at the same time and save 20%. Full details.
• Family discounts, half-price tickets for under-16s on selected matinees and some evening shows. Terms and Conditions apply .

Transaction Charge

A transaction charge of £2.50 will be added to all ticket bookings and reservations made over the phone or by post. Only one charge is made per booking and does not apply to group bookings.

A reduced transaction charge of £1.75 applies to all Access Scheme seat bookings and all online bookings.

No charge when booking in person.

Exchanges and Refunds

Refunds are not permitted except where the performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place. However, tickets may be exchanged for tickets for future performances, or for a credit note if returned to the ticket office at least 24 hours before the performance*. Credit notes are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Group bookings of 8 or more (or any part thereof) can only be exchanged or issued with a credit note if returned to the theatre with at least three weeks notice.

There is a £5 handling charge for any exchanges or credit notes and any previous handling or transaction charges are non-refundable.

Latecomers

Latecomers will not be admitted whilst a performance is in progress.

Sadler's Wells Gift Vouchers

With Sadler's Wells Gift Vouchers, you offer the excitement of seeing world-class performances at one of London's best venues.

They are the ideal gift for dance and art lovers, giving them the chance to choose from a brilliant and diverse programme of shows including ballet, flamenco, hip-hop and more.

Sadler's Wells Gift Vouchers can be purchased online in denominations of £5, £10, £25 or £50. Alternatively they can be purchased in any denomination (minimum £5) over the phone or in person. They can be used to purchase tickets for performances at Sadler's Wells, the Peacock Theatre and the Lilian Baylis Studio (some exceptions may apply). Under 5s

Please note for the consideration of our patrons children under the age of 5 are not permitted into performances unless indicated in the show information pages.

Further age limits apply on certain shows, please check with Ticket Office. (Under 2s free entry where admitted - please book aisle seats and leave the auditorium if the child causes disturbance to other patrons. Refunds will not be payable.)

Access For All

The Access For All scheme is for people with physical, sensory or cognitive disabilities. This scheme is free to join and keeps you up to date on offers and information about forthcoming shows at Sadler's Wells and the Peacock Theatre. Each member is entitled to one reduced price ticket per programme for most shows at both theatres.

Bookings can be made on this website from any overseas location. Any payments are in British Pounds Sterling. Please note that your bank may charge a processing fee when converting payments to British Pounds from another currency.
