London Youth Dance provide an annual calendar of London performance platforms which seek to raise standards of youth dance choreography by use of stimuli and/or exposure to other groups work.

Roar!, the London Youth Dance Day, U.Dance London and Rumble will provide schools and youth groups with a natural progression route for inexperienced and fledgling groups through to established and semi professional groups. The Performance Programme will closely link into Youth Dance England's U.Dance initiative which works to provide every young person in England with the opportunity to take part in a dance performance each year.

Stimuli, themes and bolt-on workshops will be used wherever relevant to stimulate higher standards of youth dance choreography. The calendar of platforms will also provide a vehicle for projects linking professional artists to youth groups to create high quality work both on and for young people.
