Creative Learning
Sadler's Wells' Creative Learning programme, Connect, is a long-established department working to make Sadler's Wells and the companies performing on its stages more accessible to everyone. Connect works directly with the theatre's local communities in Islington and the neighbouring North London boroughs of Barnet, Enfield and Haringey, as well as delivering regional dance development projects.

Development
The Development department works across all departments to optimise funds from individuals, companies, trusts and public sector founders in support of Sadler's Wells' programme.

Visitor Services and Estates
This department manages all activities relating to front of house, maintenance, security, health and safety, events and catering. It works to maximize the visitor experience through an innovative quality of services and ensure a safe, secure and relaxed environment at all three theatres (Sadler's Wells, Lilian Baylis Studio and Peacock Theatre) for the enjoyment of the public and staff. The Events and Catering team manages the cafes and bars at Sadler's Wells, Garden Court café and the Peacock Theatre and the event hire of our spaces.

Finance
The Finance department provides the framework and expertise to ensure that Sadler's Wells' finances are efficiently and effectively managed, through providing proactive financial management support to all our activities; complying with relevant legislative and administrative requirements given Sadler's Wells' charitable status; and providing a reliable and efficient finance system.
The IT department provides IT services and manages technical and service issues as well as the installation of new equipment across the Company.

Marketing and Communications
The marketing department includes press, marketing, multi-media and ticket office. The department is responsible for promoting Sadler's Wells brand through all channels including the media and web and generating revenue through ticket sales.

Personnel
People are critical to how we operate and the Personnel department aims to provide support for the continuous improvement and development of the organisation, to support the organisation in developing a culture and ways of working that promote equality and respect diversity, to ensure an effective Personnel service to Sadler's Wells that is aligned with meeting Sadler's Wells' overall objectives and the needs of management and staff at all levels.

Programming
The Programming department is responsible for programming and producing the full range of artistic activities across the organisation. These include: performance presentations at Sadler's Wells, The Peacock Theatre and the Lilian Baylis Studio; our in-house productions, co-productions, commissions and international touring projects; our off-site installation & performance projects; and the Jerwood Studio research programme.

Technical and Production
Sadler's Wells Technical and Production department works behind the scenes to realise the shows, with staff working in all aspects of production including lighting, sound, set and costumes.
As both a producing and a receiving theatre the involvement of the team varies from show to show, ranging from a supporting role for established touring companies to full technical and production support for our own shows and festivals.
The Technical and Production team work on shows and performances not only in each of our 3 theatre spaces, but also our offsite and touring projects.
In the many venues and spaces that Sadler's Wells presents work each year, the Technical and Production department experiences not only a high turnover of shows, but also an exciting and wide range of performances, in terms of both style and scale.
