Breakin' Convention celebrates its fifth birthday this year, and as usual the lineup is packed to the rafters with the very best high-energy hip hop dance from around the world.

Hosted and curated by Sadler’s Wells Associate Artist Jonzi D, this unique three-day festival is the only event of its kind in the UK and is an unprecedented chance to see some of the world’s greatest hip hop dance talent gathered together under one roof.
This year's highlights include:
Saturday: Brazilian company Membros take the artform to new levels of innovation and creativity with a powerful and innovative new work.
Sunday: The return of last year’s crowd-pleasers Moving Shadows (now renamed as Nobulus) with a typically spectacular new piece.
Monday: Gravity-defying breakdance wizardry from the legendary Korean company Project Soul.
There’s much more to Breakin’ Convention than just the performances, with loads of extra events taking place including workshops, film screenings, DJ demos, impromptu foyer freestyle sessions and much more.
