English National Ballet School — Summer Performance
English National Ballet School are proud to announce their Summer Performances for 2010. The programme of classical ballet and contemporary dance features director of dance Michael Corder's Rhyme Nor Reason, an energetic, entertaining and exciting ballet set to Stravinsky's Dumbarton Oakes Concerto originally created for the Royal Ballet in 1978, and Mary Skeaping's much loved traditional staging of Giselle Act II, a perfect example of 19th Century Romantic Ballet at its finest.
The performances, designed to showcase the versatility of ENB School dancers in a range of different styles, also include new works by Christopher Hampson, Ernst Meisner and Christopher Tudor.
