Designed with children in mind, Family Weekend is a fun-packed two-day extravaganza of performances, games and workshops. A hit at Sadler's Wells in 2008, this year the action moves to two different venues, where two fantastic shows sit alongside a whole host of exciting front of house activities.

At the Peacock Theatre, renowned children's theatre company Theatre-Rites and innovative choreographer Arthur Pita present Mischief, winner of the TMA award for Achievement in Dance 2008. With eight performers, including a live on-stage musician, Mischief is a spellbinding mix of dance, visual art, playful clowning, puppetry, music and song

Mischief features music originally written and developed alongside the company by European chart-topping sensation Charlie Winston. A former busker, Charlie has shot to the top of the charts in France, outselling Coldplay and U2, and is due to release his album in the UK in September.
