After sell-out performances and rave reviews for their 2008 work, Angelmoth, balletLORENT presents its newest children’s dance show, Underneath the Floorboards, as part of Family Weekend. This captivating production for under-fives follows John on his moving day and takes children on a journey through a bottomless box, underneath the floorboards and into a strange magical world.

Choreographed by Liv Lorent and written by Ben Crompton, Underneath the Floorboards features fantastical sets, colourful costumes and original songs that will have children enthralled.

balletLORENT have attracted high praise for their work aimed at young audiences; The Guardian praised Lorent’s award-winning choreography for “crossing the boundaries between action and imagination with child-like ease”.
