London Studio Centre - Jazz Dance Company
The Jazz Dance Company was established in 1994 to provide students at the London Studio Centre with an opportunity to present a short season of evening-long programmes of jazz dance.
These performances are the culmination of the students' training and include elements of modern street dance, the rhythmic complexity of tap, the “razzle dazzle” of musical theatre and the sensuality and lyricism of contemporary jazz.
The evening includes work by Kevan Allen, Vikki Coote & David Lyons, Alistair David, Lizzi Gee, Ian Piears, Kate Prince, Paul Roberts, David Leighton and Andy Smith.
