Martin Creed - Ballet (Work No. 1020)

Martin Creed is an artist famous for winning the Turner Prize in 2001 with The Lights Going On and Off (Work No. 227), and more recently Work No. 850, in which athletes ran at top speed through Tate Britain every 30 seconds, all day, every day for 4 months.
Work No. 1020 is a brand new work co-commissioned by Sadler's Wells and Frieze Music. This is the first time that Creed has choreographed a piece for classically trained dancers. It will also feature live music composed by Creed himself.
