Morphoses/The Wheeldon Company
Sadler’s Wells is delighted to be hosting the world premiere season of Christopher Wheeldon’s brand new ballet company, Morphoses, featuring Guest Artists from The Royal Ballet, New York City Ballet and San Francisco Ballet.
Wheeldon is one of the world’s most respected choreographers. After six years as resident choreographer for New York City Ballet, and most recently creating last year’s acclaimed DGV for The Royal Ballet, he has set up his own Company – with the aim to create adventurous and dynamic dance.
- "It is hard to overestimate the significance of having Wheeldon working regularly in London. He is one of the most talented classical choreographers this country has produced in more than a decade"
- THE GUARDIAN
