Our restaurant will be open to ticket holders for Pina Bausch performances on Thursday 28 November and Saturday 30 November. We are delighted to offer either a two or three course option for pre-show dining on the Mezzanine Level.

Simply select your course option below when calling to make your reservation. You can also pre-order your wine and Champagne, ask one of our reservations team to advise you on our choice.

Starters
Celeriac soup, courgette fritters, roast almonds.
Oat rolled Butterfly sardines stuffed with pesto, beetroot shallot green bean salad and raspberry vinaigrette.
Wild mushrooms on toasted brioche with chives and truffle oil.
Honey roast duck breast, cous cous, roast tomato and cucumber yoghurt.

Mains
Char-grill chicken breast with olive herb crushed potatoes, chorizo and sage puy lentils.
Braised shin of beef, bacon and spring onion mash potatoes & roasted root vegetables.
Pan fried sea bream, with lemongrass coconut milk coriander noodles and sweet chilli bok choy.
Vegetable potato cake with spinach, poached egg broad beans and pesto cream sauce.


Desserts
Saffron poached pears with minted mandarins brand snap and champagne syllabub.
Rhubarb cream pot, with short bread biscuit.
Chocolate mousse tart, with berry compote.
Cheese plate with fleur de marquise (ewe’s milk), smoked Applewood cheddar and Roquefort blue cheese, celery, grapes and chutney
