Over half term the LBT will be transformed into an enchanting fairytale world by balletLORENT.

In the silence of a dusty library something magical is about to happen. The lives of Pippanouska and the characters who inhabit her library suddenly undergo a breathtaking transformation when they encounter the Angelmoth, an ethereal butterfly-like creature who leads them on a fantastical journey.

Artistic Director Liv Lorent, previously a Place Associate Artist and winner of a Jerwood choreography award, combines beautiful dance with an imaginative set and costumes, and even some spectacular aerial choreography. Children will be swept along by the magical and absorbing story, narrated throughout by actor Ben Crompton.

Suitable for children aged five and above, as well as all of us who enjoy revisiting childhood fantasies!
