The long awaited event of the 1966 Broadway season, Holly Golightly is the musical based on the heartbreaking novella by Truman Capote – and subsequent film starring Audrey Hepburn – Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Though it previewed on Broadway, the show never opened.

With a book by Abe Burrows (Guys And Dolls & How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying) and music and lyrics by Bob Merrill (Funny Girl & Carnival!), the story revolves around writer – widely believed to be Capote himself – who is fascinated by his eccentric neighbour, Holly Golightly.
