Our much anticipated Wild Card returns with more bespoke evenings curated by a new generation of dance makers. This edition takes a different shape by inviting The Palest Light, an existing night of performance curated by choreographer Pepa Ubera. Originally from Spain, Ubera has made London her home, working with Jose Vidal, Hayward Gallery and Secret Cinema, amongst others. She has been curating regular events, notably in East London's artist-run venue TripSpace, which she helped launch. Ubera brings together artists who use choreography as a tool to imagine how we might be with each other.

This evening invites you explore ideas of being together at a time when the virtual is increasingly relevant. It will include a rare performance of Togethering by thought-provoking French choreographer Alice Chauchat, a sound bath experience to activate your senses by Marco Florio, an intervention by Deniz Unal and a performance by Ubera herself in collaboration with Josefina Camus and sound artist Simone Salvatici in Ellipsis Land.

The Palest Light is a get together: it wants to flex your mind and sharpen your attention while taking you into a space where choreography expands to unexpected realms.
