Award winning company, Ballet Cymru, presents an extraordinary vision: two stories from the mind of the most popular storyteller in the world, Roald Dahl.

To celebrate the centenary of the birth of the Cardiff-born author, Ballet Cymru brings to life two of Roald Dahl’s whimsical tales, Little Red Riding Hood and The Three Little Pigs, from one of his well-known works; Revolting Rhymes.

This outstanding classical ballet adaptation features original choreography by Darius James and Amy Doughty, and is inspired by the internationally recognised musical scores by composer, Paul Patterson.

With the support of the Dahl Foundation, in 2012 the production toured throughout the UK including Sadler’s Wells, where Roald Dahl’s wife Felicity and Donald Sturrock, Dahl’s biographer, were in attendance.

With costumes by designer Steve Denton and a stunning lighting design by John Bishop.
