Friday 29 April
Lilian Baylis Studio
8pm - 10pm

Revolving around the inner struggles of ambition, addiction and grief, Vicycle follows one man's pursuit of an 'ideal' and the compromises he is willing to make to reach it - whether this ideal is the type of person he wants to become, the social standing he wants to have, or the woman he wants to be with...

In its first incarnation, Vice appeared on the Breakin' Convention stage in 2013 and quickly went down as one of the strongest shows in its history. Since then it has been programmed on Breakin' Convention's UK National Tour and first US Tour.

As part of Breakin' Convention's long-term vision of supporting, commissioning and producing new hip hop theatre, they have commissioned a three-week period of R&D to develop the existing 11 minute piece.

Join us for an exclusive first look at this work in progress, and attend a post-show Q&A with choreographer Ukweli Roach.

Tickets: £5. Limited availability.
