How do we express our changing bodies and minds as we grow and age?
Elixir Festival challenges perceptions around dance and age with works by iconic artists from around the world alongside inspiring performances from dancers drawn from our local communities in north and east London.
Join us across two weeks of performances, films and talks in our theatres in Angel, or take part in a workshop to experience a new dance style and learn from inspirational artists.

Elixir Workshops, Films & Talks
This year, we invite six choreographers to lead six different masterclasses, introducing their dance styles and techniques. In addition, two choreographers join us to share their artistic vision and the process of making their projects.
Elixir on Digital Stage
Sadler’s Wells Digital Stage presents Longevity in Dance, an eclectic mix of bold, playful and poignant films and interviews that challenge perceptions of dance and age.
