We want as many people as possible to experience dance. So, we invite our local communities, and those further afield, to get involved in the world of dance. We offer a range of workshops, clubs and community schemes that help us reach new audiences, including people from low-income households, over 60s, young people, and disabled people.
Get into Dance

Family Fridays is a monthly workshop that encourages young children aged 2-4 and their carers to dance together and have fun at Sadler’s Wells in Angel.
These sessions are led by professional dancers and are inspired by our ever-changing artistic programme. We cover a range of dance styles and help develop things like coordination, creative thinking and social interaction.
Suitable for all abilities.
Sadler’s Wells Culture Club
Sadler’s Wells Culture Club encourages you to discover new passions (or develop existing ones) through dance and the performing arts. There are talks and workshops that explore creativity, dance and the artistic programme at Sadler’s Wells.
We meet from 2 pm – 3 pm on Fridays. It’s open to anyone, no matter what your ability or experience may be.
The autumn season of Culture Club starts on 17 September. The session will be with Motionhouse, and will include a talk and the chance to watch the company rehearse. The next block of sessions will take place from 17 September – 3 December 2021.
If you’d like to join us, please send an email to email@example.com
We have a range of free online workshops designed to introduce people to dance, experience different dance styles, get creative and discover insights into the work of choreographers and companies.
