We want as many people as possible to experience dance. So, we invite our local communities, and those further afield, to get involved in the world of dance. We offer a range of workshops, clubs and community schemes that help us reach new audiences, including people from low-income households, over 60s, young people, and disabled people.

Family Freestyle is a monthly workshop that encourages young children aged 2-4 and their carers to dance together and have fun at Sadler’s Wells in Angel.
These sessions are led by professional dancers and are inspired by our ever-changing artistic programme. We cover a range of dance styles and help develop things like coordination, creative thinking and social interaction.
Suitable for all abilities.
