Our facilities include:

• Adapted toilets
• Wheelchair seating in the theatre, including wheelchair spaces in row A (accessed via lift from door 5) and row R
• Lifts and level access to auditoriums, bars and café
• Audio loop system at our Ticket Office counter and inside the auditorium. To access this, switch your hearing aid to setting ‘T’

Step-free access

Entry into Sadler’s Wells East including access to The Park Kitchen & Bar and The Well is step-free. There is step free access to Row R via both Door 2 and Door 3. This is the back row of the theatre and there are 3 steps down between each row.

Row A can be accessed via the lift at Door 5.

Please note, Sadler’s Wells East is an adaptable space. Whilst the above outlines step-free access for the most common configuration, please get in touch with our Ticket Sales team before making your booking.

Car parking

The nearest car park is at Westfield Stratford City (Car Park B).

There are two disabled parking bays on Carpenters Road in front of the BBC. Unfortunately, these cannot be booked in advance and subject to availability. If there is a space available, you will need to display a Blue Badge when parked.
