Queer Frequencies Weekend at Sadler’s Wells East

As part of The Music is Black Festival, we’re throwing open our doors for you to come dance with us and soak in the vibes with The Dance Floor is Black.

Each weekend of the festival an incredible choreographer curates a club night responding to different genres of Black British music.

The Queer Frequencies weekend brings together the Queer collectives and communities that shape the rich tapestry of London’s queer scene, exploring the evolution of Black music and tracing a journey from disco through to the birth of house music.

Zinzi Minott brings us a night inspired by Queer nightlife, while Faggamuffin bring their iconic pre-Carnival bloc party to The Dance Floor.
