Sadler’s Wells East is a new powerhouse for dance, opening soon in East London.

A new kind of cultural destination with local roots, national impact and global perspectives, Sadler’s Wells East will be a major part of the East Bank development in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford.

A new theatre for dance

Our new theatre will present midscale work, with 550 seats that can fold away to create a more flexible space.

A public performance space in our wrap-around foyer will give a platform for community groups, guest artists and more.
