Welcome to PlayLab! A day festival of scratch performances for young children aged 2 – 5 on The Dance Floor.

The PlayLab programme supports artists to create new ideas for dance works for young audiences. After six weeks of creative exploration led by choreographer Takeshi Matsumoto, their early-stage ideas will be showcased as part of the day festival.

Along with the scratch performances, there will be extra activities for young audiences to engage with, including face painting, arts & crafts, and more family fun!
