Sadler’s Wells Culture Club encourages you to discover new passions (or develop existing ones) through dance and the performing arts.
There are talks and workshops that explore creativity, wellbeing, dance and the artistic programme at Sadler’s Wells.
We meet from 2 pm – 3 pm on Fridays. It’s open to anyone 18+, no matter what your ability or experience may be.
There will be a limited number of tickets available on the day, offered on a first come first serve basis. We recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment. Please get in touch with learning@sadlerswells.com if you have any questions about Culture Club.

Dance Floor Taster: House and Waacking with Kumari
Friday 8 May
Join our Dance Floor taster and experience an hour of club-style dance inspired by house and waacking.
This uplifting and welcoming workshop celebrates Black music and movement culture through rhythm, groove, and community.
Wellbeing workshop with Unika Dance
Friday 15 May
Unika dance visits Culture Club to deliver a workshop focused on mindfulness practices and meaningful connections.
Red Robin Production movement workshop
Friday 22 May
Red Robin Production will lead a creative movement workshop inspired by their recent work PIA.
PIA is a live dance and music production by choreographer Katya Bourvis, in collaboration with creative producer Tala Lee-Turton and composer Hannah Peel.
A 17-piece brass band performs Hannah’s critically acclaimed Mary Casio: Journey To Cassiopeia, exploring the ephemeral nature of human existence, memory and imagination. The production portrays Barnsley woman, Pia, over three generations of her life as her mind journeys amongst the collieries of her hometown and vivid dreams of space travel.
