Immerse yourself and be transformed on the dancefloor!

Celebrate the opening of Sadler’s Wells East in this unforgettable experience where you are both the audience and club-goer.

Join us on the Club Groove dancefloor where anything can happen. First, watch as our cast of nightclub characters find community, connection and their true selves through dance. Then become part of the action with Uchenna and our company of young dancers from east London as you find your groove on the dancefloor.

Using Vicki Igbokwe-Ozoagu’s signature blend of club styles – house, waacking and vogue – fused with African and contemporary dance, be prepared to get your groove on in this remixed take on a Uchenna classic.

Stick around after the show as the Club Groove after party takes over the dancefloor!

Header image description: Three images superimposed together. First is someone on a blue background wearing dungarees and with hair spinning out to the side. Next on a purple background, a female performer is in a red sequin dress striking a regal pose. Finally on a pink background someone wearing cord trousers and a hat, posing as if they are mid groove. There are neon streaks of light separating the images.
