YFX 2025: A festival for young dance Join the movement

A group of people, highlighted in purple and green hues, sits and stands together against a dark background with a textured effect.

Calling all young dance makers, dance enthusiasts and dance newbies. Get ready to take over Sadler’s Wells.

Introducing: YFX. A two week festival where we give YOU the keys.

Get ready for performances, workshops and talks on our stages and in our studios at both Sadler’s Wells in Angel and Sadler’s Wells East in Stratford.

On our stages, witness the incredible talents of the National Youth Dance Companies of England, Scotland and Wales, new choreographic creations from young artists, and showcases featuring school, youth and community groups from across the UK.

Whether you’re an experienced performer or brand new to dance, our studios and The Dance Floor will host a series of workshops and talks to test your skills and inspire you.

For the first year of YFX we’re also partnering with One Dance UK to host the annual U.Dance National Festival at our brand new powerhouse, Sadler’s Wells East.

We’re handing over the venue to you, so get ready for your moment in the spotlight.
