Play Trailer+ £4.00 transaction fee
Storytelling dance powerhouse ZooNation give Dickens’ classic a hip hop makeover. A Christmas treat for all ages.
Meet Ebony, the formidable mastermind behind a renowned fashion empire. Everyone’s nightmare boss, she’s cancelled Christmas for her landmark fashion show.
Surrounded by wealth, style and success, she’s about to embark on a transformative journey accompanied by three mystical visitors. As she rediscovers her Caribbean roots, will Ebony discover the true meaning of happiness?
This bright and bold adaptation of A Christmas Carol is brought to life by east London born and raised choreographer Dannielle ‘Rhimes’ Lecointe, Associate Artistic Director of ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company (Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, Some Like It Hip Hop). With original music from Michael ‘Mikey J’ Asante (Boy Blue, The Effect), you’ll be grooving the whole way home.
Blending hip hop, comedy and physical theatre, this is the perfect Christmas treat for the entire family.

Header image description: An imposing central figure is dressed in an extravagant black and white costume. She has a black top hat and a floor-length cloak with large, pointed shoulders. Around her are four other figures – two dressed in blue, one in red and one in yellow. They show a range of characteristics, from sneaky and standoffish to joyous. Behind them is a white runway stage.
