Our Access for All Scheme is for disabled patrons who have specific needs in order to access and attend performances.
About the Access for All scheme
The Access for All membership enables Sadler’s Wells to better serve our disabled patrons who have specific access needs. The scheme is free to join and provides you with additional access information about forthcoming shows and events at Sadler’s Wells Theatre, Peacock Theatre, Sadler’s Wells East and Lilian Baylis Studio.
For eligible customers, the scheme allows you to book one discounted ticket per production, and an additional discounted “Essential Carer” ticket where required.
If you are not eligible to join the scheme, you can still sign up for our Access email newsletter and contact us for help finding the right tickets for you.

Access Tickets
As an Access For All Scheme member you receive a 50% discount on your ticket price. Should you require an extra seat for an Essential Carer, their ticket will also be reduced by 50%. The discount applies to all seats in the theatre, subject to availability.
Essential Carers
Essential Carer tickets are available to those who need disability related support and/or supervision to attend a performance that can’t be provided by the organisation. This might include support with personal care, supervision (due to an impairment), journey support and assistance in the event of an emergency.
Eligibility
To qualify for the Access Discount you must be in receipt of one of the following, and be able to provide evidence if requested.
- DLA High or Middle Rate Care Component
- Personal Independent Payment
- Certificate of Visual Impairment
- War Disablement Pension
- Disabled Persons Railcard
- CEA Card
- CredAbility Card (Nimbus)
- AFIP (Armed Forces Independence Payment)
- Attendance Allowance
- Any other International Disability Documentation
