Audience information for a safe and enjoyable experience

We’re thrilled to welcome you all back to our theatres.

Our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our audiences, artists and colleagues, so we’re taking the following measures to maximise safety, security and comfort during your visit.

  • If you have Covid-19 symptoms, please stay at home.
  • Face coverings are to be worn at all times in our theatres, unless you are exempt. If you arrive without a mask, our Front of House team will be happy to provide you with one.
  • We’re continuing enhanced cleaning and maintaining fresh ventilation in all our buildings.
  • We’re keeping one-way staircase routes in our foyers to avoid bottlenecks and make moving between levels as smooth as possible.
  • You can find hand sanitisers at all entry points.
  • Only one person, household or group should use our lifts at a time.
  • While using the NHS QR code facility is no longer mandatory, we’ll still make it available if you wish to use it.
  • We’re introducing a self-service cloakroom. It will have limited capacity, so please don’t bring too many belongings with you.
  • Our bars and cafe will return to normal service, with added Covid-secure controls and processes. Please pre-order drinks to limit contact. We’ll continue to use disposable cups and condiments.
  • Please use a contactless card or device wherever possible.

Although we are aware that the experience may be slightly different to previous visits, we hope the measures we’re taking will help everyone feel relaxed and enjoy their visit to Sadler’s Wells.

We’ll keep this information updated regularly.

When you book a ticket we’ll send you information about the most up-to-date safety measures, so you can plan accordingly and feel safe and secure during your visit.
